Terms, refunds and privacy

Terms of sale

• What you buy. A downloadable digital product (PDF, TXT, XLSX and CSV files), delivered right after payment on a download page. If you lose the page, email us and we'll resend the links.
• License. You may use the materials for your own business, including posting content you create with them. You may not resell, share, sublicense or publish the files or prompts themselves. Agency and team licenses are available on request.
• Price. Prices are in U.S. dollars and charged once, with no subscription. Payment is processed by a third-party processor; we never see or store your full card details.
• No guaranteed results. The product is educational. Results depend on your business, market, effort and the AI tools you use. We make no promise of any specific followers, bookings, sales or income.
• AI output. AI tools can produce inaccurate content. You're responsible for reviewing what you publish and for following the advertising, privacy and industry rules that apply to your business.
• Third-party tools. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Meta, TikTok and Google are trademarks of their owners. Lusso Labs isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
• Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota.

Refund policy

If the product isn't useful to you, email info@lussolabs.io within 14 days of purchase with your order email, and we'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Most processors take 5–10 business days to return the funds. We may decline repeat refund requests from the same buyer.

Privacy

• What we collect. Your name, email address and order details, which you give our payment processor at checkout, plus the messages you send us.
• Why. To deliver your purchase, provide support and refunds, send the product emails you'd expect (delivery and how-to-use tips), and keep accounting and tax records.
• Marketing email. We'll only send it if you opt in, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Who processes it. Our payment processor (for example Stripe or Square), our email provider and our website host. We don't sell your personal information.
• Cookies. This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising cookies. Our payment processor may use cookies on its own checkout page for security and fraud prevention.
• Analytics. We measure visits with our own first-party analytics: no cookies, no advertising trackers, and no IP addresses stored. A visit is counted with a code that changes every day, so you can't be followed from one day to the next. If you arrive from a campaign link, your browser keeps that campaign name (for example "instagram") for up to 30 days so we can tell which posts and ads work. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: with either turned on, nothing is recorded.
• Your choices. Email us to access, correct or delete your information, except records we must keep by law.
